Graphic Facilitation for NABUs Image Strategy

The NABU (Naturschutzbund) Deutschland e.V. is the biggest green, member-based NGO in Germany. Over 590.000 volunteers and supporters are standing for conservation in Germany and beyond since 1899. The year 2015 is chosen to be the start of a country-wide image campaign. The voluntary work that is done day by day in order to protect nature and environment shall become more prominent in societies perception. Through different channels, the divers’ range of activities undertaken by the NGO’s members are bundled in order to achieve the campaigns goal.

A website is running, blow-up banners were placed all over Germany and content-specific photo competitions are announced on a regular basis.

After one year campaigning, the small coordination team in the headquarters was inviting main stakeholders in order to discuss about the process so far, collect recommendations and plan the coming year.

Greeneducation4all was supporting the process and facilitated the workshop.

The following video was done by Ingo Paszkowsky and wraps up the process of graphic facilitation for the above mentioned strategy workshop.
